A Christmas Novella – Ghosts of Kailin’s past…
One snowy Christmas a long time ago, a young shifter girl receives a mysterious package in the mail. The gift-wrapped box has a note that says “Do not open until Christmas morning.”
The girl is curious, but though desperate to know what the box contains, she obeys the note, somewhat distracted by the unpredictability of her time of Change– a time when all shifter children begin their transformations into their animal forms.
Fate though, provides a distraction as little child needs saving from the town bully.
The shifter girl must learn to manage the sudden calls to Change while trying to help the child.
